There are several ways to organize your business. Three common business ownership structures are sole proprietorships, partnerships, and corporations. Each of these structures is governed by a unique set of laws and regulations. This seminar will provide an overview of the legal implications involved in operating your business as a sole proprietorship, partnership, or corporation.

This session with be presented in-person by Maxwell S. Shiffman at Cambridge City Hall in Bowman Room on the 1st floor from 5:00 – 6:30 p.m.
